I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker in the State of New Jersey. I earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. My experience includes providing individual, group, couples and family counseling. I have many years of experience working in various settings including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, school counseling programs and traditional outpatient therapy. My experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults. My specialties include working with individuals with depressive, anxiety and mood disorders, behavioral issues, self-harm, body image struggles, relationship and family conflicts as well as difficult life transitions.

In order to meet each individual’s needs, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused therapy and a psychodynamic approach. I provide a comfortable and supportive environment where clients can learn to utilize their strengths to help work through challenges and reach their goals.
