Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept insurance! We accept insurance using your out of network benefits. If you are not sure of your benefits we will be happy to check them for you. We submit directly to your insurance to make the process seamless. Please either call the office or submit a verify insurance request.

Cancellations:
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
You may always email your therapist to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Email is their first name @wellnesscounselingbc.com. You can also call the office Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 pm at 551-310-3020.
Please notify the office or your therapist no less than 48 hours to cancel your appointment otherwise you will be charged a full fee.
What does out of network mean for you as a client?
It means that you as a client have more options for treatment. Looking outside the “in network list” that your insurance company provides means you are more likely to find a therapist that has more training. Your therapist will be able to give you more dedicated attention. In network therapists have a heavier caseload that comes with a lot of red tape of in network requirements.
Trying to schedule an appointment with an in-network provider can take weeks or sometimes even months. An out of network therapist has more flexibility to work with your schedule and can see you sooner.
Your insurance will more than likely cover the cost since most plans typically cover about 70% of your sessions once your deductible has been met. Your therapy sessions count as health services and will help you meet your deductible.
