Sessions are by appointment only. The initial evaluation is an hour and sessions are approximately 45 minutes.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept insurance! We accept insurance using your out of network benefits. If you are not sure of your benefits we will be happy to check them for you. We submit directly to your insurance to make the process seamless. Please either call the office or submit a verify insurance request.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
You may always email your therapist to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Email is their first name @
wellnesscounselingbc.com. You can also call the office Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 pm at 201-661-8070.
Our office policy is that all cancellations and reschedules must be 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a fee. Late cancellations and no shows have a $195 fee for therapy sessions and $250 for medication management sessions that are charged to the client. Insurance can’t be charged for this fee.
