Each person is unique and should be celebrated for their individuality, which is why I invite multiple therapeutic modalities into my approach, tailoring the process to address your needs. I am a strong believer in centering your experience, as this helps me in developing how I can best support you.
My primary goal is to provide a calm, inviting space where you can feel safe to express and explore concerns of importance to you, no matter how big or small. In our work, it is my hope you feel seen, heard, validated, and empowered to improve your well-being — You deserve it! Within sessions, I am here to provide you with the tools to invite change. Outside, it is up to you to pick up the hammer and nails. I am honored to walk alongside and support you in your journey to wellness and healing.
As a long-time poet, my favorite quote comes from Roald Dahl: “A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but if you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams, and you will always look lovely.” Within the work we accomplish together, I hope to see your sunbeams sprout and radiate from you well into your future.
“Beyond the Therapy Room: I have been writing poetry since 2015 and self-published a book in 2020!”
