I believe in a goal-driven approach to therapy, where clients are empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. I am dedicated to helping clients identify their challenges, set meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies to achieve them.
I am very open to exploring different therapeutic approaches, as I believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring the process to their unique needs. Whether working with individuals, couples, or groups, my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported on their journey toward growth and healing.
Guided by the philosophy, “Love others so radically they wonder why,” I strive to approach each session with empathy, understanding, and a genuine commitment to each client’s well-being.
