“If I am worth anything later, I am worth something now. For wheat is wheat, even if people think it is grass in the beginning.” – Van Gogh.
This quote captures the essence of my approach to therapy — the belief that each person holds value and strength within them, even when it feels hidden or overlooked. In our work together, I focus on helping clients uncover that worth, trust their process, and embrace growth at their own pace.
I primarily draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These modalities allow me to support clients in developing practical skills, building resilience, and creating more flexibility in how they approach challenges. My goal is to help clients recognize their innate strengths and use those as a foundation for meaningful change, whether that means shifting long-held beliefs, developing healthier coping strategies, or navigating life transitions with more confidence and clarity.
I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel supported, understood, and encouraged to step into their own potential. Therapy with me is about finding balance between acceptance and change, and about learning to see yourself as capable and worthy — both in the present and in the future.
