I am a licensed social worker and registered yoga teacher. As a therapist, I’ve gained valuable experience in a private practice setting, working with individuals across the lifespan struggling to manage depressive, anxiety, and mood disorders, as well as difficult life transitions and family/relationship issues.

My style is integrative, but at its core is the importance of understanding our emotions. I draw on various techniques, with an emphasis on mindfulness-based practices including yoga and meditation, to customize an approach that best suits clients’ needs on their unique journey to improved wellness.

Above all else, I recognize the key to successful therapeutic work lies within the relationship one has with their therapist. With this in mind, I draw on compassion, curiosity, and humor (yes, humor!) to create a bond that helps my clients feel supported and comfortable to explore themselves authentically throughout our time together.

Outside of work, I enjoy nothing more than spending time with my family. As a mother to 3 young children, I believe one of the most important things we can do for our kids is to tend to our own emotional health. I am particularly passionate about offering other mother’s a safe place to connect, reflect and recharge.
