Ali (Alessandra) Whitney, MA, LAC

Much of my work has been dedicated to helping families experiencing major life transitions, focusing on healthy co-parenting, child-advocacy, relationship challenges, divorce, and more. Not only do I consider myself a ‘safe place’ for all my clients, but I prioritize gender affirmation and have a comprehensive understanding of the complex ways in which the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as other diverse communities, have been impacted.

Every single person can benefit from therapy in some way, shape, or form. CBT cognitive behavioral therapy, (SFBT) solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology are the primary tools that I bring into the therapeutic relationship. Whether your goal is to overcome negative thought patterns, implement healthy boundaries, or cultivate a deeper understanding of past trauma, you do not have to endure this alone. I am here to help you navigate the next chapter and support you while you process your experience. You are capable of even more than you can imagine, so let’s explore that power together.
