I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. My approach is collaborative, helping individuals explore their strengths, build coping skills, and set goals that honor their personal stories and pace. I believe growth is not always linear, and I focus on building trust and genuine connection so clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and emotions.
Creativity is also an important part of my work—expression doesn’t always come through words alone, so I may integrate music, art, or writing when it supports growth and self-discovery. My goal is to help individuals find balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of safety in both mind and body.
Viktor Frankl’s words, “Those who have a ‘why’ to live can bear with almost any ‘how,’” guide my work as I hold space for clients to uncover meaning and purpose even during life’s most difficult moments.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy writing lyrics and poetry, and creating music on the piano and guitar.
