With over two decades of experience as a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and family dynamics. I focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Structural Family Therapy, believing that many problems stem from maladaptive boundaries and relationships within families. I aim to create a strong, trusting relationship with my clients, offering a non-judgmental space where together, we can identify life goals, enhance self-awareness, and develop healthier habits for positive outcomes.
My guiding belief is: “Your journey is valuable, but believing in your talents, your abilities, and your self-worth can empower you to walk down an even brighter path.” I work to empower my clients to embrace their strengths and walk confidently toward growth and healing.
For the past eight years, I’ve supported children diagnosed with learning or emotional disabilities, collaborating with teachers to guide students with Individual Education Plans (IEP). Recently, I’ve developed a passion for helping women through the emotional challenges of infertility and postpartum depression—struggles I’ve personally experienced. I understand how untreated maternal depression can affect infant attachment and child development, and I’m committed to advocating for and supporting women through these difficult phases.
“Beyond the therapy room: I’m a proud mother of three children, and I enjoy walking my two dogs, as it helps clear my mind. I love to travel and explore new adventures, and I’m often referred to by my nickname, Beth.”
