I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore all parts of their identities and experiences, even the ones that tend to not be so obvious or we are fearful of acknowledging. I enjoy helping my client’s explore their past and present relational experiences, as well as the impact their current thoughts have on their emotions and behaviors. My goal is to help my client’s grow and feel empowered to improve their overall quality of life. I have experience working with individuals, couples, groups, and families in various mental health settings. My specialties include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship conflict, life transitions, grief, and general life stressors. I respect that all people are unique, with different identities, backgrounds and stories, all of which I am excited to help you explore on your therapeutic journey.
