My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, where I prioritize sensitivity to each client’s unique trauma history. Drawing from psychodynamic and relational modalities, I also incorporate somatic interventions and communication skills to create a comprehensive and personalized therapeutic experience.
In therapy, I place a strong emphasis on the client’s relationship with themselves, considering it a cornerstone of personal growth and healing. My primary goal is to meet you where you are on your journey, fostering an environment where you feel truly understood and seen. While therapy can present challenges, I am committed to ensuring that you never feel pressured, judged, or shamed during our work together.
I find great fulfillment in working with clients who have complex trauma histories, encompassing experiences such as childhood traumas and abusive relationships. It brings me immense joy to witness their progress as they cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others.
As Jon Kabat-Zinn wisely reminds us, ‘Wherever you go, there you are.’ This quote deeply resonates with me, serving as a poignant reminder that we can never escape ourselves. True peace and fulfillment emerge when we build a positive relationship with every facet of our being, and I am here to support you on that profound journey of self-discovery and acceptance.
