We love connecting with licensed therapists (LAC, LMFT, LSW, LPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD) for future opportunities. If you want autonomy in your clinical work with the support of an established and supportive practice, let’s talk.

What we offer: We handle referrals, insurance billing, and marketing while you focus on therapy. Modern offices in Ramsey, Montclair, and Hoboken with telehealth options. Supervision, case consultation, and a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together. Work 3-4 evenings per week with schedule flexibility. Full-time positions include health insurance, 401k, and PTO.
