My practice is rooted in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important healing factors, and together we will collaborate to forge a path for mutual growth. I am passionate about providing unwavering support and ensuring that you always feel understood, seen, and heard. Emotions are part of what make us human, and I deeply respect the gravity of the trust placed in me by sharing yours. It is a privilege to be part of your journey, and I am committed to always providing a safe and trusting space filled with warmth, authenticity, compassion, and curiosity.
In our sessions, my work is grounded in a holistic approach, incorporating diverse therapeutic modalities and techniques. I integrate personalized models catered to your unique needs, as everyone’s healing journey is different. As a therapist, my goal is to guide you toward insight and self-awareness, explore all dimensions of wellness, and empower a strong sense of self and autonomy.
My prior experience spans various therapeutic settings and a wide breadth of clients in both individual and group therapy sessions. I have worked with challenges related to anxiety, depression and mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem and identity, substance use disorders, and family systems. These experiences have provided me with a foundation of insights and perspectives that shape my therapeutic lens.
“You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.” There are many situations in life that occur outside of our control, and I am here to walk alongside you as you face these challenges and explore how to build upon the skills and strengths you already inherently possess. Learning tools and cultivating new patterns are much like developing and strengthening a muscle, and I am dedicated to guiding you through that process and surfing the waves together.
“Beyond the therapy room: I love to visit California. California has always felt like my second home my whole life, a place where I visit family at least once a year.”
