I am passionate about developing a strong working alliance with my clients to face difficulties, use healthy coping skills, and become the best versions of themselves. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for my client. Everyone should feel that they have a place where they can express themselves freely and be heard and validated in their feelings and beliefs. As a therapist, I work to develop a compassionate rapport and interaction with my clients that fosters positive growth and development.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both educational, higher education, and therapeutic settings. My specialties include coping with stress, anxiety, depression, school issues, ADHD, and ASD.

I have an integrative approach, as therapy is not a “one size fits all” journey. I tailor the techniques I use to the individual client’s needs. My approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT) that facilitate change to assist individuals in achieving their goals. I also believe in a collaborative approach to best support my clients, whether that be working with the family or school as needed.
