Amanda Pollifrone, NCSP, LAMFT

I am a school psychologist and licensed therapist passionate about helping others develop self-understanding, insight, and leadership over their lives. Within the therapeutic relationship, my primary focus is on consistency, trust, and safety. Building from there, I love to help others access a mindful life of self-acceptance and self-compassion.

I have experience in public schools, working with a variety of students, families, and educators. I am knowledgeable about creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities. This experience has allowed me to take on a detail-oriented understanding of those I work with by looking at their individualized needs, strengths, and difficulties. Integrated with my training in marriage and family therapy, I am able to apply a systemic perspective and wide-angle lens thinking.
