I am a school psychologist and licensed therapist driven by a deep passion for helping individuals embark on a journey of self-discovery, insight, and self-leadership. Within the therapeutic relationship, my unwavering commitment revolves around fostering consistency, trust, and a safe space for your growth.

I am here to help you understand your journey and to offer yourself compassion along the way. I am deeply interested in working with individuals seeking self-leadership, clarity, and a stronger sense of self-worth within their relationships. Additionally, I have a particular interest in working with educators who may be experiencing secondary trauma in school environments, as well as addressing burnout and overwhelm within the high-pressure educational setting.

My approach centers on guiding you toward a mindful life characterized by self-acceptance and self-compassion. I believe in the transformative power of these qualities.

With extensive experience in public schools, I have had the privilege of collaborating with diverse students, families, and educators. My expertise includes developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with unique needs and disabilities, providing me with a meticulous understanding of individuals, their strengths, and challenges. Coupled with my training in marriage and family therapy, I bring a systemic perspective and a wide-angle lens to our work together, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic approach to your well-being.

In the words of Eckhart Tolle, ‘Surrender is the simple but profound wisdom of yielding to rather than opposing the flow of life.’ Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, creating a life filled with self-acceptance and fulfillment.

I started visiting the wellness group a few years ago when I was really at a low point. Looking back, I didn’t even know who I was! Over the years, the girls here have helped me find a way to not only figure out what was holding me back, but how to really just wake up with the confidence I never thought possible. Please take my words and hear me out, this is THE place !!! The fact that I never had to feel alone on my path to where I needed to be, was more than I could ask for 🙂

I highly recommend this group to anyone. Taylor is an amazing therapist, she is patient, supportive and a great listener. She has changed my outlook on life for the better!

My therapist is absolutely amazing. They’re the best therapist I’ve ever had and they always listen to what i have to say and have helpful coping mechanisms for me to try, many of which have improved my mental health tremendously. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist.

Dr. Politis helped my oldest daughter during a difficult divorce and I could not be more grateful. She truly cares and relates to adolescents and young adults. Her office staff were communicative with scheduling and insurance which was very helpful. She is one of the only therapy offices that accepts insurance and handles it for you. In the past I always had to submit myself. The other therapists that work there are great too-very warm and well trained.
